“Premier nez très agréable, sur des fruits exotiques mûr mais bien fraîchement cueillis. On sent un léger vieillissement en fût probablement pour donner un peu de rondeur mais le boisé est très très peu marqué au nez. En bouche le chêne est bien plus présent. Ça reste plutôt gourmand, un peu de miel et un fond de canne à sucre propre à l’agricole avec un peu de tabac. Finale courte, assez peu de longueur mais pour le prix une bonne surprise!”
