"As superb as their amber is, the old ..."
"The first nose is very pleasant, with ripe but freshly picked exotic fruit. A hint of barrel ageing is evident, probably to give it roundness, but the woodiness is very, very slight on the nose. On the palate, the oak is much more present. It's still rather greedy, with a hint of honey and a background of sugarcane typical of agriculture and a little tobacco. Short finish, not very long, but a pleasant surprise for the price!"
"A lovely, elegant expression. Probably more oak than the spirit wants. Incredible value under $40/liter"
