“One of the Uitvlugt/Demerara profiles that doesn't fully pick me up. Fruity, slightly milky, spicy - the impact from the barrel aging of the tropically aged Demeraras is completely missing here. Not a bad rum, but real enthusiasm he does not spark with me. However, this may very well be subjective.”
