Sometimes you find a bottle that you buy, just because of the design. This was one of those times. I couldn't get through the bottle after first sip. Has a very spicy nose, and some bitterness in the notes with more spices
In der Nase platt süß, im Mund bitter und scharf. Abgang medizinisch scharf trist. Brauche ich nicht noch einmal
Original impressions from 2017 rum calendar. Nose: * Taste: * Overall: * ”Minttuu/kryddigt. 38% Indien.” Medicinal and weird on the nose, lots of spices in this one. Palate has some tobacco and mint. Dry finish.
If you could pour a bad Nag Champa incense competitor into a rum this would be quite close. Glad to get rid of this sample I’ve had for years as it’s really not my thing. Maybe this is Indias take on a Jägermeister if your into that kind of thing.
