“Très joli blend entre la Barbade et la Jamaïque. Les deux terroirs s’accordent au nez, l’un apportant une douceur et une gourmandise opulente (caramel, crème brûlée, cannelle, noix de coco, boisé épicé) tandis que l’autre apporte son côté funk et aromatique (beurre, esters, solvants, fruits exotiques). En bouche, l’alchimie opère toujours avec des fruits exotiques, une trame beurré gourmande sur laquelle se reposent le caramel, la vanille et le chocolat au lait. Les solvants rappellent toujours la Jamaïque, tandis que le boisé épicé clame son appartenance à la Barbabde. L’alcool est très bien intégré. La finale, bien longue, bien beurrée et fruitée, laisse la crème brûlée et les notes fumées s’exprimer un peu plus. Un assemblage rond et gourmand qui ne demande qu’à être bu davantage.”
