31.01.2020 Relaxing at a small tasting at a local dining place that is no more. Notes. Medium dark colour. Nose: Fresh, light, dried fruit, light ester, sweet, banana, wood. Palate: Light, wood, roasted, cherry, banana, light ester, spice. Finish: Medium long, light, fruity, wood, spice.
great stuff in principle but really a pity why you have to put something so noble 6 years in sherry barrels. unfortunately also relatively quickly gone and not particularly present. Unfortunately, sherry dominates for the most part...
Tasted on the brilliant Spree tour with Kirsch for the 12th GRF: A little disappointing, not very aromatic and almost a little thin. Would have deserved a second chance with more time and air
tropical fruits, spice hints, combined with Sherry character(LPCH is same). Nice light Long Pond, again my favourite blend, a hint of sherry's finishing through the barrel adds to the wine's luster.
