“After resting this one for 15 plus minutes I have to say it came out pretty well. The nose is a clear Agricole with a fruity vegetal/earthy note, maybe even some wet hay. On top i get a floral and woody tingle. The palate is also an Agricole from the start. A spicy dry start going into orange zest and cocoa drizzled with marzipan. The finish is long and slightly bitter/dry, in a good way, with spices and citrus/lemon at the end.”
