"It doesn't make sense, between sake and cognac, But that doesn't mean it's bad, it's confusing. On the other hand, it's very short on the palate and quite strong. To sum up, my tasting notes: Nose: Sake, Woody, Fermented, Nougat On the palate: Malt, Sake, Dry, Alcoholic, Fermented, Warm Finish: Cognac, Salty, Woody"
