The "Jamaica" was produced in Jamaica at the Clarendon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 43%. "05.07.2019 A little private get together to enjoy a few rums. Notes Light in colour. Nose Fresh, fruity, overripe, light wood, roasted, faint caramel, light. Palate Wood, roasted, tannins, fruits, ligbt caramel, oily, dry, herbs. Finish Medium to long, wood, tannins, light fruit, dry, light herbs."
"geruchlich super warm und fruchtig! im gegensatz dazu deutlich mehr Holz im Geschmack als erwartet und sehr trocken würzig! erinnert auch sehr an Korn und Sake."
