Foursquare ECS XII Nobiliary
Coconut, vanilla, and caramelized notes set the tone for this Foursquare, with a fruitier, chocolate-tinged twist than many expect. One to try if you enjoy a creamy, toasty rum with subtle bittersweet edges.
Elegant, creamy, nicely integrated with classic Foursquare coconut-vanilla.

How does this rum taste?
- very well balanced and elegant
- perfectly integrated alcohol
- outstanding long, elegant finish
RumX members keep circling back to coconut, vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit as the persistent headline notes on Foursquare Nobiliary. It's a rich but balanced ride: think 'crème brûlée / Caramel au beurre / Gâteau / Vanille' (Fasen), plus roasted oak and just enough bitterness to bring complexity to the sweet-toasty core. The 62% ABV 'feels very pleasant' (Abrahan Reyes) and most agree the alcohol is well-integrated. Some describe it as 'one of the first rums I tasted seriously. Well balanced and elegant.' (Isabelle), though a few note a more classic or conservative profile amid the trademark Foursquare style.

"Yummy 😋😋 This rum is really really good. So happy that I got a bottle of this one before getting too hard to get hold of. - Got a taste of Timpas bottle today and just have to bump it one point. - Just got to taste it against the Plenipotenziario and the Destino. It beats the Pleni, but not the Destino. So in total it’s the second best Fouraquare of all time for me. - 3 years simce last time. Still fabulous but has to lower it .1 as I suspect is been oxidized a bit. - Just outstanding."
"Wow. It is the greediness has the raw state! Well balanced, we are directly alpaguered by a huge pastry side (Crème brûler / Butterscotch / Cake / Vanilla / Chocolate / Brown sugar), it is very fat (Coconut / Walnut / Butter), we have some red fruits well sweetened this strolling in the mouth with their friends the dried fruits (Dried Apricots / Prunes). The woody is fine and greedy too and comes to structure this mouth with a touch of cooking and a slightly toasted side (Roasted coconut). A real cake this rum with power and a good grip in mouth, a killer!"
"Coconut, vanilla, dried fruit, roasted nuts, chocolate, wood and a subtle sweetness are perceptible. The taste is also dominated by wood, chocolate, spices, coconut and caramel. For me, this is one of the best FS bottlings. Edit: Had the edge in crosstasting with the Isonomy, Redoutable, Covenant."
"Intense flavor for unparalleled pleasure. A rum of excellence. It stands out from a Foursquare 2010, not least because of its gourmet taste."
