Very different than most Panama. In a good way. Not so sweet. Probably unsweetened. More pure and spirit driven. Almost like a Port Mourant. Some aniseed. It's very flowery. Lavender. Tea. Dry. Seriously good. Gotta love Berry's for picking these great non-cask driven yet complex spirits.
