Elegant and fine nose on fruity (apple/pear, tropical fruits) and spicy with a hint of eucalyptus. In the mouth it is of an immeasurable finesse, on a fruity profile again (apple/pear), a little more spicy on pepper with a touch of almond. The finish is warm on a smoky woody note. Excellent selection with a very nice nose and a delicious mouth. It just needs a little more length to make it perfect.
03.01.2020 In a cottage with friends for the weekend with a few bottles of rum. Notes: Light to medium dark colour. Nose: Wood, solvents, citrus, anise, nutmeg, light caramel. Palate: Wood, spicy, dried fruit, vegetal, herbs, leather, faint coffee. Finish: Medium to long, warm, wood, raisin, citrus, medium dry, coffee.
