“Au nez, beaucoup de fruits secs, et un profil plutôt lourd et chargé ! C’est sacrément concentré comme nez : papaye, banane, pêche. Le tout bien mûr avec cette odeur lourde. De la cannelle, des notes de vanilles, un jeune boisé et du chocolat. Waouw c’est incroyablement expressif comme nez ! En bouche c’est léger et doux. Plutôt chaleureux, sur des notes de réglisse, de fruits secs et de boisé. La finale n’est pas suffisamment longue sur un profil plus épicé. Étonnant de déguster ce vieux des années 90, il s’éloigne fortement de ce que l’on retrouve dans nos embouteillages actuels !”
