The "Barbados Rum" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Moon Import. It was distilled in 2006 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. 23.02.2019 A nice afternoon and evening with friends both new and old. Notes. Medium dark in colour. Nose: wood, roasted, dried fruit, caramel, chocolate. Palate: light, round, wood, dried fruit, chocolate, medium dry. Finish: medium long, light, raisin, wood, light licorice, medium dry.
