In my opinion, at the moment, white clairins are much more interesting. The absolutely agreeable choice to age them is interesting, but still these rums fail to really take off. Certainly they have their own unmistakable imprint in the aromatic bouquet however, the work needs further improvement.

Very nice blend of clairins🤤😎 This in my opinion is more enjoyable, because it isn‘t so rough, wild, spicy like other white clairins. The alcohol and woos is integrated very well.

Mein erster Clairin. Spannend und sehr komplex, mit vielen verschiedenen Aromen gleichzeitig. Während die Nase sehr fruchtig daherkommt, zeigen sich am Gaumen vor allem gewürzige Noten. Spannend und durchaus wert, zu probieren!

Hatte überlegt, wie ich das erste mal an ihm gerochen hatte, an was mich das erinnert. Hab dann mal im Schrank bei den Obstbränden nachgeforscht. Denke er kommt einen Apfelbrand vom Getuch sehr nahe. Alles in Allem nicht schlecht, aber den Sprung als sehr gut eingestuft zu werden, schafft er bei mir nicht, aber er ist immerhin sehr nah dran.

Le nez est très porté sur la canne à sucre vu qu’il s’agit d’un jeune vieux ou d’un vieux jeune (comme vous voulez). Mais ce qui marque le plus est le profil herbacé. Par la suite, on retrouve de la fraise, de la vanille, de l’olive … c’est assez rock and roll ! Ce nez est attirant et plutôt prometteur … En bouche c’est épicée et à nouveau herbacée-mentholée. L’olive est très présente ! C’est complexe comme probablement le fait d’avoir blendé tous ces distillats différents. La finale est plutôt longue sur la banane. C’est un mélange de gourmandise agricole et d’explosivité jamaïcaine.

Pełna gama zapachu i smaku. Rum nie dla każdego ale dla mnie sztos. Dużo owoców, trochę minerałów i anyżu, wyczuwalna trzcina cukrową i wszystkie pięknie z balansowane, orzezwiajace i świeże.
