Tag 4 im Weihnachtskalender. Blind! Mit Tipp (es ist Barbara-Tag). Also Barbados! War auch nach der Nase eindeutig, auch dass es ein Foursquare ist: Etwas beißend und metallisch-frisch (sprach eigentlich für einen jungen Rum), fruchtig-würzig mit Passionsfrucht, etwas reifer Banane und grünem Apfel. Honig-Süße und Vanille mit einem Hauch Pfeffer und etwas harzigem. Am Gaumen etwas verwirrend: salzig-bitter, würzig mit Muskat und etwas Pfeffer. Kaum noch fruchtig. Metallisch holzig. Aber hinten kommt doch Toffee und Anis. Und mehr, je länger im Glas (sprach dann wieder für einen älteren!) Ok
