Way too PX sweet on the palate to be a comfortable sipper, but not sweet enough to be something I would recommend as a digestif either. Sherry seems a gamble to finish with, it can strike gold but it sure can misfire too. Imo this leans towards the latter, the rum aspect of this is completely overshadowed by the overly strong PX finish.
