“Au nez, c’est un rhum surprenant : très vif à la fois boisé et acidulé. Le goût n’est pas désagréable. Mais la finale laisse un goût terreux et lui aussi boisé. Ce n’est pas mon rhum favori. Mais c’est une expérience intéressante.”
