This weekend was very busy because I've been building a new shelf system for my 250+ bottles so my Saturday and Sunday tastings haven't been added :-) Wow, just wow. This is a spicy rum with a nice kick to it. Rest for 30 minutes and enjoy with a 70% dark chocolate.
J ai adoré. Le nez est boisé , un côté vineux , sucre brun.la bouche fait bien monter la note ! Impression de déguster un "jeune" TDL. j ai du fruit, pêche, puis un rapide goût "sale " du fruit rouge. Très jolie finale avec un parfum de violette.
Im in love with all the stuff from Grays. Am Im normal?😜 This is the filthy side of the distillery. Some esters and leather.
