“Ein leckere Pfirsichbombe, mild und als Dessertrum herausragend. Trotz wesentlich längerer Reifung, vermisse ich aber den geschmacklichen Mehrwert im Gegensatz zum normalen XO Sauternes Cask. An Komplexität nimmt er nicht merklich zu, daher gilt es abzuwägen, ob man den erheblichen Mehrpreis für den zumindest schönen Glasdekanter bezahlen möchte.”
