"커피향이 전면에 드러나고 약간의 알콜향이 남. 목넘김은 부드럽고 적당한 달콤함이 느껴진다. 다만, 전 과정에서 코와 혀에 자극이 느껴지고 약간 달콤하지만 바디가 다소 가볍게 느껴지며 알콜이 통합되지 않은 듯한 아쉬움이 있다 8년산은 좀 더 깊이감이 있고 알콜 부즈가 적었던 기억이다. 골드 오브 모리셔스의 맛이 마음에 든다면 조금 더 투자해서 8년산을 구매하는 것을 추천드립니다."
