“This is a very nice rum and I have a few in store :-) The nose is very fresh and fruity with a floral and sugarcane note. The palate is complex, well balanced with fruits and spices in front and an earthy/vegetal note in the back. The finish is long with vanilla and a vegetal note.”

“It is a creature of Master Capovilla, what else? On the nose, it recalls the RHUM Rhum PMG, with a more chamomile and lime notes..the palate is on a whole another level..chamomile, apple strudel, cinnamon and then grassy, herbal notes, crushed sugar cane..just wonderful! Wish I could still source a bottle nowadays :( if anyone has one spare, please get in touch with me 😀”
