Distilled in 2015 using a Pot Still and crafted from sugar cane juice, it offers a strong 59% ABV. This limited release consists of just 1303 bottles. The rum has a fresh and inviting aroma with notes of sugarcane, floral, fruit schnapps, and vegetal. On the palate, you'll experience flavors of vegetal, fresh grass, sugarcane, with a hint of peppery taste. This is a very nice rum and I have a few in store :-) The nose is very fresh and fruity with a floral and sugarcane note. The palate is complex, well balanced with fruits and spices in front and an earthy/vegetal note in the back. The finish is long with vanilla and a vegetal note.

It is a creature of Master Capovilla, what else? On the nose, it recalls the RHUM Rhum PMG, with a more chamomile and lime notes..the palate is on a whole another level..chamomile, apple strudel, cinnamon and then grassy, herbal notes, crushed sugar cane..just wonderful! Wish I could still source a bottle nowadays :( if anyone has one spare, please get in touch with me 😀

Für einen weissen Rum erstaunlich reif! Eine frische Nase nach Obstler (Birne/Mirabelle) und ganz anders am Gaumen… da echt Agricole… grasig, frisch und schwer (ölig/samtig), bitter und später nach grünem Pfeffer! Der Alkohol ist sehr gut eingebunden!! Im Abgang wieder sehr pflanzlich… Ein richtig guter frischer Agricole!

Excellent agricole blanc, eau de vie de fruits au nez mélangé à la canne, bouche presque huileuse sur la canne fraîche, végétal, finale longue (pour un blanc) sur la canne. Alcool parfaitement intégré du début à la fin. Une vraie réussite
