"05.01.2019 A very nice tasting event where I met new local rum nerds. Notes. Medium dark colour. Nose: wood, roasted, orange, earthy, light rubber and tar, caramel. Palate: oily, wood, roasted, cherry, tar, rubber, chocolate, light mint. Finish: very long, warm, wood, roasted, orange, light rubber and tar, citrus."
"Quite unremarkable nose. On the palate also rather average for the 2000 vintage."
"A very deep and dirty Caroni... lots of oak, rubber, tar and citrus going on here. The mulchy fruits are there but this is a very dirty, woody and spicy Caroni. Interesting and I love it!"
