"Thanks to Pedro Ferreira who gave my in-laws some rum samples :-) This is a good white rum with lots of vegetal and fruity notes! Despite the low alcohol content, very intense and mild enough to drink pleasantly, also because there is some sweetness in the form of sugar cane."

"Extraordinaire !! Quel nez, on voyage dans les plantations de canne à sucre avec cette odeur de canne fraîchement coupée ! Ça vous transporte complètement ! La bouche est tout aussi surprenant avec une explosion de gourmandises, sucre, fruits confits allant jusqu’au pruneaux. Finale tout aussi étonnante sur la figue et lorsque le verre sèche sur la bagasse, on se croirait entrer dans une distillerie!!"
