"This rum is produced, by Banks DIH in Guyana, or more correctly aged, blended and bottled cause they don’t any cane fields or stills. They nowadays buy their bulk rum from Trinidad and Barbados. It’s first aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for six months in former Sherry casks. The aroma is great and at the palate it’s more than OK, but the finish is weak and short."
""Weird mix between an English and a Spanish, without much flavor, sounds like a diplomatico. To sum up, my tasting notes: On the nose: Caramel In the mouth: Round, Molasses Finish: Sweet"."
"Nothing spectacular. Perfectly basic rum."
"Parmis les pires jus que j'ai pu goûter."
