It was distilled in 1992 from Molasses and then aged for 23 years. The rum has an ABV of 50%. 06.03.2020 Met up with some colleagues to give a tasting at this old iconic place. Notes. Light to medium dark colour. Nose Round, wood, light roasted, anise, plum, dried fruit. Palate Oily, wood, roasted, raisin, plum, licorice, light chocolate. Finish Medium to long, wood, light smoke, dried fruit, licorice.
