To Bellevue
"Domaine De Bellevue Blanc is produced by Habitation Bellevue in Marie-Galante. This distillery still harvest their cane by hand and transport it in ox-drawn wagons. The estate also uses its own windmill that dates from 1821, the year that named several of their aged rums. After a quite long fermentation it’s distilled in a stainless steel and copper Creole column. Overall a very pleasant, soft and fresh Agricole Blanc that’s very tasty neat, but unfortunately too weak in a Ti Punch so therefore just over 70."
