I tried this one in a chocolate cake today and that works really well with dark chocolate :-)
Light Cuban-dominated nose: coffee/caramel/vanilla Mouth (too) sweet: caramel/torrefaction Finish (too) short Let's face it, this rum's only interest lies in its visual appeal (and even then).
