To Enmore
"Intense spectrum of predominantly cocoa, oak, caramel, tobacco and spices. This is accompanied by subtle mineral notes, hints of dried and yellow fruit and roasted nuts. The aroma spectrum of the heavy sweetness is almost perfectly pronounced, especially on the nose, from caramel to vanilla and fully ripe mango. In the mouth, the high alcohol content is unfortunately a little too noticeable and somewhat overshadows the overall profile. In the end, I feel there is a slight lack of contrast to this heavy sweetness, such as dark fruits or more nuanced spices. Nevertheless, this is still a great distillate."
"This rum needs no comment. 😋😋 😋"
"Lots of molasses, wood and roasted flavors form the Enmore into a great complex rum with a very long finish. The alcohol could be a little better integrated."
"Incredibly dense and complex aromas on the nose - lots of wood, cherries and roasted aromas. A fantastic, dark chocolate note on the palate, spicy and an exciting (bitter) orange note. There is also smoke and a strong bitter note from the long maturation in wood. Eternal finish. A real firework of aromas!"
