"Al naso è davvero interessante con frutti tropicali maturi, caramello, tabacco, cuoio, legno, cioccolato al latte, burro e affumicato/arrostito, buonissimo. (Assomiglia molto al profilo di un Savanna) Al gusto è rotondo e setoso con note floreali, di frutti tropicali, un po' di tabacco, pelle/cuoio, caramello e spezie sul finale molto leggero. Il naso lo preferisco al gusto che pecca in profondità. Resta però una bevuta interessante e curiosa. Nel bicchiere vuoto arrostito/fermentati e fiori. Grazie a Jérôme per l'opportunità.
