14.08.2020 Relaxing meet up at a local restaurant for food and rum. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Fresh, light, fruits, pineapple, light ester, light roasted wood. Palate Warm, light wood, fruits, pineapple, light citrus, faint floral, faint chocolate, medium dry. Finish Medium long, light wood, citrus, light floral, medium dry, faint chocolate. Extra note Needs to rest for a good while or the ABV will bite.
Sehr süffig, leichte Zimt-Note, eher wenig fruchtig, adstringierend, aber Alkohol nicht gut eingebunden.
Nez assez sage sur la banane et l'orange, en bouche c'est doux, y'a du fruit mais aussi des notes de tabac. On sent l'année de finish en fût de whisky (Teeling). C'est sympa pour se chauffer le palais mais c'est un peu trop jeune et trop sage pour moi.
