A wonderful nose with dried fruit and a bit of earthyness and oak to it. The palate is sweet, dry and very well balanced and the oak barrel is very obvious without being dominant. The finish is long, dry and has sweet oak to it. The price tag is OK as it's a very limited product (single cask no. 37).
Profil hispanique plutôt sec pour ce type de rhum, et donc pas trop écœurant. Arômes classiques : caramel, orange, un peu de noix, un peu de fraîcheur et plutôt équilibré. Agréable mais sens surprise.
