"Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023: The rum should breathe long, but then there are fantastic flavors and almost perfectly integrated alcohol. Blind, the over 70% alcohol strength is definitely not noticeable. Classic Caroni notes with rubber and tar, plus heavy wood sweetness and dried fruit, vanilla and pastry, bitter-tart hints of leather and dark chocolate...and even that is far from everything. Every drop is a pure pleasure, this is simply excellent!"
