Abuelo XV Napoleon
Most enjoy its smooth sweetness, cognac-fruity notes and gentle wood. Critics find it too sweet, underpowered and a bit shallow. Consensus: a pleasant, easygoing dessert-style rum if you’re ok with sugar.
Those who enjoy smooth, sweet rums with caramel, vanilla and cognac-grape notes, whisky/cognac drinkers wanting a gentle rum crossover, and casual sippers or pairing with chocolate or dessert.

So smooth with a lovely cognac finish
Not really me. Somewhat bitter and sweet.
I vave it 9 because I had tasting with salt chocolate. The combination made it so much better. First sip a little and bite small piece of salty chocolate, after the chocolate disolves in mouth drink the rum. This takes the taste to another level!
Pleasantly surprised by this Abuelo, it makes you want to try the different finishes in the range.
