I think the price matches what you get. A medium light Bajan rum with fruits and spices. Would have loved a higher ABV.
Vanille und Holz, bleibt aber nicht lange.
Beautiful sweet and lush nose. Significantly weaker on the palate. Dry and classic like a single malt. Alcohol is well integrated. I liked it better (today?) than MG XO, Sixty Six 12 and MG Triple Cask. But the Seale 10yo was even better because it was more complex and not quite as sweet
I think that the Real McCoy is the top brand from Foursquare, except for the ones named Foursquare. The nose is fruity and woody. At the palate it’s fruity, woody, roasted, round and spicy. The finish is quite long for a rum at just ABV 40.
