Distilled in 2009 from molasses using a Pot and Column Still and aged for 9 years, it has an ABV of 44.8%. With ester, fruity, smoky, woody, and alcoholic notes in its aroma, this rum is found to be well-balanced with flavors of woody, alcoholic, spice, sweet, and vanilla. „Un beau nez pâtissier aux arôme de raisins confit. En bouche, le côté pâtissier est plus en retrait, ici c'est le grillé voir le mentholé qui prend le dessus. Indéniablement intense ce rhum une fois aéré laisse apparaître des notes de noix de coco salées. Belle longueur.“
