Quickly tasted at the 3 Rivières stand at the Rumfest. Very nice rum. The Bourbon breeding comes through a lot with its blond tobacco and nuts, which is not unpleasant, but in the end I preferred the 2005 single cask, which I find more complex and balanced.
All the hallmarks of a great old Martinique rhum agricole. Great intensity and aromatic richness. Magnificent discovery
