To Carrere
"This Montebello Rhum Ambré 50% from the Carrère distillery in Guadeloupe is aged for 2 years in oak barrels before bottled. It’s the sweetest Montebello I’ve ever tasted. The nose is fruity, spicy and vegetal with some alcoholic aroma. At the palate and during the medium long finish the aromas persists as flavors except for the alcoholic aroma. Instead there is a taste of licorice which is typical for many Montebello’s."
