Palate: Intense, balanced, light wood, ester, light smoke, pineapple, warm, light nutts. Finish: long and warm, balanced, ester, pineapple, wood, light smoke.
Great old Long Pond. Fruity with a light bite on the nose ... some ester and a delicious sweetness . Alcohol very well integrated... On the palate you notice the full power ... it floods the mouth with fruit and wood flavors, slightly creamy feeling. Long finish that is more on the fruity side ... less woody and bitter than expected. Great stuff ... I'm very curious to see what it delivers in May Tai.
