Profil agricole blanc très classique mais néanmoins agréable. Bonne sucrosité, légère mineralité. Le verre vide a un nez de litchi. Excellente présentation du maître de chai. Comme on dit, simple mais efficace.
Goût de huîtres. Pas fan de ce truc (même que normalement je suis pas opposé aux huîtres en tant que tel mais c’est pas un profil qui convient au rhum)
