"I love the distillery and i also love the bottler (the brand, not the man!). Fruits are fully there, spices are so sweet and well melted to the whole plus a little toasted oak and varnish in the way. Final is not extraordinary long and some may find this rum a bit "light" compared to others but personally i think that it's exactly this "subtlety" that wins it all. December 2022 edit Last glass today of this distillate forward Bielle. So much happening through the palate and still the freshness and purity of a ti punch at the end. A belter here, glad to have another bottle awaiting!"
