It was distilled in 2002 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 81%. Mild and tasty but soooo strong
Liquid meat. Would love to taste this after a BBQ. So much Umami. I'm a Long Pond fan and blind I would not link this to Long Pond. This isn't for everybody. Be aware! 😆
