"A very interesting, unaged rum. Made from sugar cane syrup, it has clear traces of sugar cane, grass, overripe banana and citrus on the nose. Very floral. Very balanced and smooth on the palate. Alcohol well integrated. Again floral, fruity and grassy notes, tending somewhat in the Agricole direction, but still independent. Somewhat nutty, vanilla and again notes of overripe banana. A different kind of unaged rum."
