“Au nez, pas de doute on est en Jamaïque, chez Worthy Park avec ses bananes mûres. On retrouve d’autres fruits exotiques (noix de coco, ananas …) ainsi que de la fraîcheur mentholée et de la vanille. Le nez est plutôt encourageant. En bouche, l’attaque est alcoolique mais cela reste agréable. On se rend vite compte que c’est un rhum plutôt jeune. C’est moins sur les fruits tropicaux mais plus sur les fruits confits et le thé noir. Mais on retrouve le funky de la Jamaïque. La finale est plutôt réussie pour ce type de rhum réduit. On garde du jolis boisé en bouche, des épices.”
