Introducing the Clairin Sajous #6, a unique rum hailing from the Chelo distillery in Haiti. This 2019 pot still distillation is produced from sugar cane juice and boasts a robust 56.4% ABV. Selected and bottled by renowned independent bottler Velier, this rum has been well received by the RumX community. It delights the nose with vegetal, fresh, sugarcane, alcoholic, and tropical fruit notes. On the palate, you'll discover an enticing blend of sugarcane, honey, vegetal, tropical fruit, and mezcal. Regarded as one of the more accomplished Clairin Blancs, it balances a pleasing punch with a subtly inviting aroma.
