“Nummer 5 aus dem Community-Tasting. Danke RumTaTa! Nase: Anis an der Grenze zum Ouzo, dazu Lakritze. Dann überreifer Apfel, mürber Boskop, gelbe Früchte. Nach hinten kommt an der Nase minzige Kräuter an, die an die dreckigen TDLs erinnern. Mund: Auch Anis und Lakritze. Im Mund kommt das Fass als junge Eiche mit der entsprechenden Vanille dazu. Minze und Heu finden sich auch. Blind hätte ich den nicht zuordnen können, am ehesten ein junger, dreckiger TDL. Richtig lecker. Sehr schade, dass der nicht mehr zu kriegen ist.”

“Es ist immer wieder ein kleines Abenteuer einen Clairin zu probieren. Dieser bietet in der Nase überraschend Mirabellen! Am Gaumen ist er erstaunlich süß und erinnert flüchtig an einen dreckigen T.D.L. mit vielen Kräutern. Der Nachklang ist mittellang und salzig. Alkoholische Schärfe ist zu keiner Zeit zu spüren. Sehr spannend!”
