Nummer 5 aus dem Community-Tasting. Danke RumTaTa! Nase: Anis an der Grenze zum Ouzo, dazu Lakritze. Dann überreifer Apfel, mürber Boskop, gelbe Früchte. Nach hinten kommt an der Nase minzige Kräuter an, die an die dreckigen TDLs erinnern. Mund: Auch Anis und Lakritze. Im Mund kommt das Fass als junge Eiche mit der entsprechenden Vanille dazu. Minze und Heu finden sich auch. Blind hätte ich den nicht zuordnen können, am ehesten ein junger, dreckiger TDL. Richtig lecker. Sehr schade, dass der nicht mehr zu kriegen ist.

Es ist immer wieder ein kleines Abenteuer einen Clairin zu probieren. Dieser bietet in der Nase überraschend Mirabellen! Am Gaumen ist er erstaunlich süß und erinnert flüchtig an einen dreckigen T.D.L. mit vielen Kräutern. Der Nachklang ist mittellang und salzig. Alkoholische Schärfe ist zu keiner Zeit zu spüren. Sehr spannend!

Danke an RumTaTa für die Samples und das Tasting. Wow, was für ein toller Geruch, nach gelbem Kernobst, Kokos, Apfel und Fruchtgummi. Könnt ich ewig dran riechen. Geschmacklich dann eher Minze, Tee und Zitrone, mit etwas salzigen. Mein Favorit, des Tastings.

Deutlich fruchtiger als typische Clairin. Im Abgang eher Kräuter und Schwarztee. In der Nase gegrillte Ananas.

Für mich der Überraschungssieger des Tages. Toll in der Nase mit Geschmack von Lakritzschnecken. Hab leider keine da aber jetzt Lust drauf. Erinnert dann mit Geschmack von Kräutern und Minze in der Tat stark an TDL. Klasse. Schön das auch die gelagerten Clairins so überraschen können.👍👍👍

Relatively sweet. Comes in with some hotness when you start to sip which leads to a giant presence of flavor. You cannot escape the fruit and liquorice cocktail it serves you. It finishes soft and salty before being peppery again. Really a banger.
