Un ami me dit, tiens j avais trouvé cette bouteille dans la cave de ma grand-mère, si tu veux goûter. Connaissant Negrita , pour la pâtisserie, je ne m'attendais pas à déguster un rhum aussi différent . Il fait 44°. Il est beaucoup plus doux au nez et au goût . En bouche c est très déroutant, je lui trouve un côté végétale et floral, presque médicinal. Pour moi c est pas extraordinaire non plus, mais ça n en reste pas moins surprenant .
Un nez de Jamaïque avec des fruits tropicaux, des pâtes de fruits et des esters mais comme voilés, dilués. La première bouche est douce, diluée mais les fruits sont là, pâtes de fruits et tropicaux. La finale est plutôt courte mais fruitée. Un rhum auquel il manque de la complexité et de la profondeur mais très buvable.
15.11.2019 Having a great tasting event at this old hotel meeting new people. Notes Medium to dark in colour. Nose Light wood, vanilla, fruits, grass, light Agricole, faint medicinal. Palate Wood, tannins, spicy, medium dry, light medicinal, herbs, vanilla, fruits. Finish Medium long, wood, warm, medium dry, light medicinal, fruits. Extra note Performs very well in a RumNCoke.
