“Es dauert ein klein wenig aus den frisch würzigen Aromen weiteres heraus zu riechen. Langsam kommt der für mich typische, leicht geschwefelte Geruch von getrockneter Aprikose mit einer honigartigen Süße. Dörrpflaume und Kirsche kommen hinzu. Etwas holzig, trocken, Vanillepulver. Am Gaumen wow... intensiv süß in Richtung gebranntem Zucker, aber auch gleichzeitig gedeckt bitter. Etwas karamellig und schokoladig, aber auch würzig ledrig. Irgendwie Muskat, Vanille und Anis gemischt. Im Abgang bleibt eine herbe Süße, die in Tee übergeht. Sehr lecker.”
