The 2003 was produced in Guyana at the Diamond (Versailles) distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Milano Rum Festival & Barmetro. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses with a Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 57%. This is a limited release and there are only 270 bottles.

23. Tag im Weihnachtskalender. Blind! Überhaupt nicht klar zuzuordnen. Überhaupt nicht typisch Versailles... Nase: sehr fruchtig, fast schon blumig. Vordergründig hab ich saftige, süße Birne. Etwas Honig und zart reife Mandarine. Da ist noch etwas buttriges, wie roher Keksteig mit etwas Vanille. Hinten trocken holzig, ein Hauch pfeffrig und ganz bisschen frische Minze. Gaumen: ganz anders. Trocken, würzig und ein bisschen fruchtig, vielleicht Traube. Holzig mit leicht Lakritz und einer leichten Zitrusnote. Insgesamt aber recht flach und wenig intensiv. Schade, die Nase war deutlich besser.
