What a way to end the evening. All bang for your bucks. Thanks to the host for giving us a go at this nice bottle. All the car one flavours are there, it's intense and complex and the roasted notes compliment the overall profile.
Very good representative of the 1994 vintage! In the nasi great Caroni DNA without being too dirty. Then perfectly balanced on the palate with a great bitterness and mint. A real experience!
Legendary release from Velier. It is more or less the same profile as 1994 Guyana Yellow with a way better balanced mouth. Truely amazing 😋
Epic Velier Caroni Tasting 2023: Etwas balancierter als andere 1994er Caronis, nicht mit der gleichen aromatischen Wucht unterwegs - dennoch mit eindrücklicher Komplexität dank Aromen von Teer, Gummi, Holz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Vanille, Karamell, Tabak und Minze. Ich mag die „Roheit“ der anderen 1994er Vertreter noch etwas mehr, aber auch dieser Rum ist ein exquisites Release.
