“This rum is priced at 500+ Euro, but is it worth the money? In my opinion, most definitely. The nose comes at you once you pour it, candied fruits, vanilla and a bit of earthiness. The barrel has also left notes of bourbon and overall a very well balanced nose. The palate is complex and like velvet, yum. Fruits, caramel and chocolate with wood and vanilla trailing. In the end a hint of mocha and tobacco. The finish is long and velvety with wood, fruits, vanilla and a hint of tobacco. A very good rum worth the price tag.”

“Very spicy on the nose, with a hint of wood. After aeration, it's quite greedy, with a hint of brown sugar. On the palate, there's a hint of alcohol, with lots of spice and a background of damp wood. The finish is quite long.”
